Processing Time

We generally ship the orders with 2-3 business days, If you need your order prepared sooner, feel free to reach out — we’ll always do our best to support your schedule.

Local Pick-Up (Toronto, ON)

We offer a free pick-up option for customers in Toronto.

Once your order is ready, we’ll email you with pick-up instructions and available hours. Please note that while you may select pick-up at checkout, the system may still require a shipping address to complete your order.

Shipping Within Canada

Free Shipping (Orders Over $100 CAD)

Orders over $100 ship free via tracked courier services such as UPS, Purolator, or Canada Post Express Post (depending on your location or PO Box requirements).

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships. Estimated delivery: 1–5 business days.

Regular Mail ($5-6 CAD)

A simple, low-cost option for non-urgent orders. This method is untracked and typically arrives within 3–7 business days, though delivery times are not guaranteed.

Expedited Mail ($15-18 CAD)

Choose this option if your order is under $100 and you need faster delivery. Packages ship via UPS, Purolator, or Canada Post Express Post.

Estimated delivery: 1–5 business days, with tracking provided.

Local Delivery 

We offer free delivery to select neighbourhoods in Toronto for any order above $75, connect with us, it might just cost you a cup of coffee 😊
