If you received a Silver Inclusive piece as a gift and would like to exchange it:

• Contact us within 14 days of receiving it (we are flexible)

• Send the item back to us

We will help you choose something you love or issue a store credit.

Returns

We want you to love your Silver Inclusive jewellery. If your item arrives damaged or not as expected, we will gladly send a replacement.

If you prefer a refund:

• Please return the item within 14 days of receiving it

• Regular mail is perfectly fine

• Once received, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method
